A potential safety incident that could allow patients to view documents received into the practice clinical system. This could lead to a document being available to be viewed by a patient/proxy user before a clinician has had the opportunity to review the relevant document (and, where appropriate, to consult with the relevant patient). Therefore, for our patient's safety, we have disabled access to documents within the NHS app and Patient access until further notice.
Our clinical system supplier is urgently looking into this issue.
