Accountable GP

From April 2014, all patients have been allocated an accountable GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.

Your accountable GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you. They will also work with other relevant health and care professionals, who are involved in your care, to ensure that your care package meets your individual needs.

This does not change the way you book appointments or contact the surgery for routine treatment.  Please still order repeat medication in the same way that you do currently.

Patients are notified of their accountable GP upon registration with the practice.
