Feedback Compliments & Complaints

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service. Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

Does this replace the NHS complaints procedure or other forms of feedback?

No, this will not replace the Practice complaints process,  NHS complaints procedure or other forms of feedback. Hospitals and other service providers will continue to use their own ways of gathering feedback in addition to the NHS FFT.

Please click on the link below to tell us about your experience of our surgery.

GIVE US YOUR FEEDBACK

Trinity Court Surgery welcomes comments from our patients to help us to improve the standards of the services we provide.

If you wish to provide any verbal feedback this will be in complete confidence with the intention you are totally satisfied with the outcome. Deborah Rowe, Deputy Practice Manager is based at Trinity Court Surgery and her role includes Patient Services.

Please ask to speak with, or write to Mrs Dina Powell, Business Manager if you wish to make a complaint. Dina is responsible for dealing with any written complaints in the first instance. Please write to her at Trinity Court Surgery, Stratford Healthcare, Arden Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6HJ.

We deal with complaints promptly and expect to resolve the majority to your satisfaction verbally.  A written complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days and we endeavour to resolve most complaints within 28 working days where possible. If this is not possible we will advise you of a realistic time frame.

We can deal with most complaints ourselves.  However, there is a process to deal with complaints we cannot resolve directly with patients.  This may include the provision of an independent conciliator to help resolve such situations.

In the event of anyone not wishing to complain direct to the practice they should make their complaint to NHSE at:
