RIGHT TO CHOOSE ADHD/ASD
In England, patients have the option of NHS Right to Choose. This allows patients to access the shortest waiting times within the NHS.
Below you will find the relevant information on current NHS Right to Choose providers, the information required from the patient by your GP Surgery and information relating to our Practice Shared Care Policy.
Please ensure all information is brought with you to your appointment, along with the details of the chosen provider.
Prior to your appointment with the Doctor, we kindly ask you to complete a written impact statement on how your condition affects your day-to-day life.
If there is any school involvement, please could we have any school letters or ECHP’s which are in place.
